Art Gallery — Overview
Dance is the hidden language of the soul, and my journey unfolds as a testament to the transformative power of movement and rhythm in narrating life’s most profound stories.

Start of My Journey
My dance journey began at the tender age of 4, when, as the youngest member in a Chinese Traditional dance class, I quickly made my mark. Notably, I was chosen to perform in the renowned dance show “草原英雄小姐妹” (“Heroes of the Grasslands”), a beloved theme and story in China, where I took on the role of a lamb. This early achievement in a genre I pursued for five years led me to explore Latin dance for the next three years, until the rigors of academic life momentarily paused my dance endeavors.
At 17, my path crossed with the vibrant world of street dance, a discovery that rekindled my passion for movement. Despite facing challenges, including limited support from my parents and the dual pressures of time and schoolwork, my determination never wavered. I found a dance teacher who introduced me to the fundamentals of hip-hop and jazz funk, marking the beginning of a new chapter in my exploration of dance’s expressive power.
Dance and find myself.

Throughout these years of dancing, I’ve gained far more than just dance techniques; I’ve learned to love myself and to carve out my own style, discovering unique ways of expression beyond mere imitation. These experiences taught me invaluable lessons from both failures and successes, leading me to push the boundaries of my creativity further than I ever thought possible. Dance has become not just a physical discipline but a holistic journey that nurtures the mind, spirit, and soul.
Along this path, I’ve been fortunate to meet incredible individuals who have offered their encouragement and support. Their presence has been pivotal in bringing my choreographic visions to life and sharing countless precious moments of practice and performance. Without them, my dance journey would not have been as rich or fulfilling.
During my undergraduate years in Shanghai, I explored various dance styles at renowned studios like Caster and 5 KM, and continued my training in Xi’an and Chengdu’s Sinostage during summer breaks. This journey was filled with learning curves, occasional missteps, each step fostering my growth and deepening my passion for dance.
